These Terms form the basis of the agreement between cq33 ("we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). Any rules, guidelines or policies published on the platform are considered part of these Terms.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If important details such as your phone number or email change, update them in your account or inform the support team. cq33 will not be responsible for any withdrawal issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at cq33 is ৳300. Deposits can be made using the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at cq33 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals will be held if verification has not been done. cq33 may request further information to review unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Fees

cq33 does not normally charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges — this is entirely their own policy.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used: the deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 20 times.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus; you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus becomes active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

5.2 Other Promotions

cq33 occasionally publishes various complimentary offers and promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated on the relevant offer page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to take unfair advantage of a bonus or to exploit the system, cq33 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Program

cq33 has three VIP tiers and active players receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tiers are upgraded based on a player's activity and gaming history. VIP benefits are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play

cq33 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games are powered by world-class software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and Evolution Gaming.

6.2 Bet Limits

If a game is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection or a technical issue, the result will be determined according to cq33's server logs. In such cases, cq33's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Fraudulently claiming bonus benefits or "bonus hunting".
• Using any software, bots or automated systems to play games.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Any attempt to manipulate or rig game results.
• Harassing or misconducitng towards other players.
• Impersonating cq33 staff or other members.
• Making deposits using third-party funds.

8.1 Action by cq33

cq33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• False information provided.
• Extended inactivity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

8.2 Player's Own Request for Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, but any incomplete bonuses will be cancelled.
